take this oppurtunity to introduce ourselves to you. Northern Abstract and Settlement was established in 2001. The initial
purpose for our company was to fulfill the growing demand for the professional abstracting and conveyancing services in the
Southeastern Pennsylvania area.
With our aggressive underwriters which are part of the largest title underwriting
companies in the United States
and our knowledgeable and customer service oriented staff, we now service all of the counties
in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, and we are able to provide a protected closing referral service for the other 48 states.
We
follow our 100% customer satisfaction pledge. We recognize the need to address the Real Estate customers' questions, concerns,
special needs for all those important real estate purchases, sales, refinances and any information inquiries.

orders may be placed 24 hours a day, seven days a week through traditional and/or electronic means. Our friendly and helpful
staff will be available for closings Monday through Friday, and on weekends by appointment.
